Choose where the brand should live

Four Ways to Customize the Guest Experience

The best choice depends on whether your priority is visibility, atmosphere, gameplay, keepsake value, or budget.

02

Custom Table Felts

Turn the largest surface in the game into branded scenery. Custom felts are especially effective for product launches, conferences, sponsor activations, company celebrations, and filmed events.

$490–$590 depending on table size
03

Custom Chips & Cheques

Add a tactile brand detail that guests handle in every round. The printable area is small, so clean logos and simple, high-contrast artwork are the most legible.

$1.25 per chip
04

Custom Playing Cards

Place a logo or event design on the card backs while keeping familiar playing-card faces. Cards work particularly well when blackjack or poker is central to the experience.

$20–$30 per deck
Plan on four weeks. We can often produce custom orders with two to three weeks of lead time, but availability must be confirmed and rush fees apply.

More room for the message

Why We Often Recommend Custom Funny Money First

Compared with a casino chip, funny money gives your artwork much more space and makes the customization easier to see from across the table. It is also generally less expensive than custom chips.

  • Feature a logo, theme, campaign, sponsor, or honoree
  • Use both sides for different creative treatments
  • Distribute it at arrival or exchange it at the tables
  • Create an obvious branded touchpoint guests understand immediately

The minimum order is 200 pieces for $200. Each additional 100 pieces is $50, making an 800-piece order $500.

Make the table part of the campaign

Custom Felts Create the Biggest Visual Moment

A custom felt puts the identity of the event directly beneath every hand, spin, and roll. It also photographs well for internal recaps, social content, and sponsor reporting.

Small format, important distinction

Cheques and Roulette Chips Do Different Jobs

The word “chip” is commonly used for both, but the games use them differently. Your artwork and order quantities should match the intended game.

Denominated cheques

Cheques show values such as $25, $100, or $500. Color helps identify the denomination, and one player may use several colors during blackjack, poker, or craps.

Non-denominated roulette chips

Each roulette player receives a different color. At our entertainment events, every color has equal value; color identifies the player so wagers can be separated correctly.

Roulette chip: the player is identified by color.

Design reality: chips are memorable and tactile, but the imprint area is limited. If the logo must be obvious in event photos or carry more than a few words, funny money or a custom felt is usually the stronger choice.

These are useful planning quantities, not universal purchase minimums. We will calculate the final order for the actual table mix and event format.

Branding in every hand

Custom Playing Cards

Put your logo or event artwork on the card backs while retaining familiar, easy-to-read faces. The number of decks scales with the game mix.

4 decksneeded per blackjack table

Roulette and craps do not use playing cards, so they do not add to the deck count.

Plan the Custom Pieces Early

Custom orders should be placed at least four weeks before the event. We can often accommodate two to three weeks, but rush fees apply and production availability must be confirmed.

  1. 01

    Share the Event Plan

Send the date, location, guest count, table mix, purpose, budget, and the role you want branding to play.

    Choose the Best Touchpoints

We will help compare funny money, felts, cheques, roulette chips, and cards based on visibility and gameplay.

  3. 03

Custom Casino Branding FAQs

We will confirm the final quantities, artwork specifications, production schedule, and pricing for your event.

Custom funny money is usually our first recommendation. It offers far more printable space than a chip, can carry a logo and event message, is easy for guests to see and exchange throughout the event, and generally costs less than custom chips.

A denominated casino chip is traditionally called a cheque. Cheques display values such as $25, $100, or $500, and their colors help identify those values. They are commonly used for blackjack, poker, and craps.

Roulette chips do not need printed denominations. Each player is assigned a different color so the dealer can distinguish one player’s wagers from another’s. At our entertainment events, the colors are equal in value; the color identifies the player rather than the value.

A typical denominated set is approximately 980 cheques for craps, 340 for roulette, 360 for blackjack, and 360 for poker. If the non-denominated player chips at a roulette table will also be customized, plan for 200 chips in each of eight colors, or 1,600 roulette chips total. Final quantities depend on the table mix and event format.

Plan for two custom decks per poker table and four custom decks per blackjack table. We will calculate the total after the game mix and table count are confirmed.

Yes. A coordinated package can carry the same brand across the table surface, guest currency, chips, and card backs. We can also help you decide where customization will have the greatest impact for the available budget.

Custom orders should be placed at least four weeks before the event. We can often complete an order with two to three weeks of lead time, but availability must be confirmed and rush fees apply.

Custom felts are $490 to $590 depending on table size. Custom chips are $1.25 each. Custom playing cards are $20 to $30 per deck. Custom funny money is $200 for the 200-piece minimum order, then $50 for each additional 100 pieces.
