How long has it been since you had that stack of chips in your hand gently dropping onto the felt and then back into your hand. Ah yes, the symphony of chips. How long has it been since you had a crowd cheer because of something so simple that you have done (Like tossing a winning number on the Craps table)? Nothing like it!! How long has it been since you have watched the Roulette Ball start to slow down then hip hop into your favorite number; and the dealer hovers that marker over your stack of chips. YES it’s PAYDAY!!

1. Safety – Independent Contractors legally aren’t required to follow any company’s safety guidelines. They work for themselves and can’t be challenged (Regardless of what the company asks for). This means there is no legal policy (only requests) that dealers take temperatures, wear masks or use sanitizer.
2. Liability – Casino Party companies that illegally use independent contractors, in most cases, will not show or offer proof of Workman’s Comp insurance. This can be very costly for Event Planners and Home Owners. Without proper insurance, the door will be open for lawsuits.
3. Professionalism – Casino Party Companies that have employees as their dealers, follow company guidelines and in most cases have a company manual they sign off on.
